Lillie'S Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. plain flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. crab meat
12 to 16 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Blend flour, salt and pepper with melted margarine.
Add milk; cook until smooth and thick.
Add 1 1/4 cups of grated cheese (reserve 1/4 cup for topping).
Blend well.
In a casserole dish alternate thin layers of cheese sauce and crab meat.
Start layers with cheese sauce.
Mix remaining cheese and cracker crumbs together.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
