Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, save juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine sugar and flour; stir in 3 tablespoons pineapple juice; add pineapple and cheese. Mix well and place into 1 quart baking dish. Combine butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle on top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
