Jean Arp Hugeback Rye Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 bag rye flour
1 tsp. salt
white flour
Preparation
-
5 - 6 cups warm water mixes together the yeast and sugar until yeast starts to work.
Then add:
rye flour, salt and white flour.
Enough to make dough stiff.
Knead dough till its not sticky.
Put into pans.
Let rise.
Bake 1 hour.
