Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    6 yellow squash, sliced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    1/2 (4 oz.) green chilies
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in oleo in skillet until tender.
    Add to boiled and drained squash.
    Add rest of ingredients except save 1/2 cup of cheese to sprinkle on top.
    Pour in greased casserole and bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
