Chicken Puffs(Vegetarian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 Tbsp. margarine, softened (optional)
    2 cans \"Fri Chik\" (vegetarian chicken), chopped and drained
    2/3 c. mushrooms, chopped or sliced
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    3 tubes Pillsbury crescent rolls (8 each; room temperature), separated
    additional melted margarine (to cover rolls)
    1 c. seasoned breadcrumbs, crushed
    1/2 c. pecan meal
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and margarine; add \"Fri Chik,\" mushrooms and onions. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and pecan meal. Roll the crescent rolls into squares. Put a heaping tablespoonful of the chicken mixture in each center. Roll up and seal. Dip in melted margarine and roll in nut mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0.
