Chicken Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin or chili powder
10 taco shells or soft flour or corn tortillas
garnish (tomato, lettuce, salsa, guacamole)
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and milk in saucepan.
Stir over low heat until smooth.
Stir in chicken and spices.
Heat through, stirring occasionally.
Makes delicious tacos or enchiladas.
If you like a spicier sauce, substitute salsa for milk.
Serves 4.
