Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 can Pet milk
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
    dash of salt
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine and pour into large unbaked pie shell.
    You can leave out the coconut and use 1 cup of cooked, mashed and drained pumpkin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until tested done.
