Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. plain flour
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple; save 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine flour and sugar; stir into reserved pineapple juice.
Add cheese and pineapple chunks.
Mix.
Pour mixture into 1-quart casserole dish which has been sprayed with Pam.
Melt margarine and mix with Ritz cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
It is delicious served with ham or pork.
