Best Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 lg. can sauerkraut
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bring oil, vinegar and sugar to a boil.
    Let cool.
    Pour over remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Toss several times to mix.
    Serves approximately 20.
