Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sausage, cut into 2-inch lengths (sweet or hot)
sliced onions
sliced green pepper
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
-
Brown sausage; remove from pan.
Using sausage fat, cook equal amounts of sliced onions and green pepper.
Cook until tender; drain.
Place all in casserole.
Pour jar of spaghetti sauce over all.
Top with Mozzarella cheese; heat until melted.
