Sweetheart Beet Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 medium can shoestring beets drained
1 tsp. onion juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 pt. sour cream

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cool.
Add remaining ingredients; except sour cream.
Fold in sour cream. Pour into mold.
Chill.
