Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. crushed corn flakes or potato chips
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Combine in bowl with half the butter, salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Blend together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix the remaining butter and corn flakes (or chips) and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
