Vinaigrette Francaise(Dressing For Vegetables) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    big pinch pepper
    1 Tbsp. herb combination (parsley, chives, basil)
Preparation
