Fiesta Pork Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fresh ears corn, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/4 c. taco sauce
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook corn in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    On 4 long skewers, alternately thread meat, sweet pepper and corn.
