Barbecue Elk Ribs - cooking recipe

enough ribs to fill 6-quart cooker
4 bottles barbecue sauce
Preparation

Roll ribs in flour and brown in hot oil.
Then put half of ribs in crock-pot and add half of barbecue sauce.
Put in the rest of the ribs and cover with remaining barbecue sauce.
Cover and cook for approximately 8 hours.
