Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. soda
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Sift flour, cinnamon and soda.
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil with mixer.
    Add dry ingredients and beat well. Fold in carrots and pecans. Pour into 3 x 8-inch well-greased and floured pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
