Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak (your choice)
    1 large onion, sliced
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    garlic salt
    pepper
    Accent
Preparation
    Cube steak into bite size pieces.
    Brown meat in oil and butter.
    Saute onion and mushrooms with meat.
    Season to taste with garlic salt, Accent and pepper.
    Add a little water.
    Simmer until tender. Serve over buttered noodles or potatoes.
    Great warmed up the next day.
