Hamburger-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 medium potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 medium onion (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice as for scalloped potatoes.
    Place in 4-quart casserole dish.
    Add broken up ground beef, both soups, undiluted, and sliced or diced onion.
    Mix well.
    Cover with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Uncover last 1/2 hour.
    Serves 4.
