Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chunk pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick melted butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Save 3 tablespoons of juice. Put pineapple in casserole dish.
Mix sugar, flour and juice together. Pour over pineapple and mix.
Top with cheese.
Mix crushed crackers and butter together.
Spread on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Good with ham, pork chops, anything!
