Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes
2 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Peel and cube potatoes.
Put potatoes in bowl with dry soup mix.
Toss to coat potatoes.
Put oil in baking dish.
Add coated potatoes.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
Uncover last 5 to 10 minutes to brown.
(Stir every 15 to 20 minutes to avoid sticking.)
