Pimento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. apple vinegar
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (room temperature)
7 oz. pimento, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Melt sugar and butter in vinegar over low heat.
Do not boil. Cream the cream cheese and Velveeta cheese together.
Add vinegar mixture and pimento.
Mix.
