Poor Man'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. white sugar
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour
into pie shell and bake at\t350\u00b0 about
50\tminutes.
Cool\tbefore\tcutting.
An aluminum collar may be placed
around
the edge to prevent the crust from burning on the edges.
