Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. flour

Preparation

Take oil and add sugar, mix well.
Add eggs, soda, salt, vanilla, nuts and apples.
Mix with flour.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Turn
oven to 350\u00b0 and cook another 20 minutes.
Very good coffee cake.
