Scallop Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. scallops
    1 clove garlic, cut
    4 Tbsp. diet margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    few grains cayenne
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    lemon slices
Preparation
    Rub the bottom and sides of shallow baking pan with garlic. Add 2 tablespoons of the melted margarine and swish around pan. Arrange scallops in the dish.
    Mix the salt, white pepper, cayenne and paprika.
    Season the scallops with the spice mixture.
    Pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of margarine over the scallops.
    Place under the broiler.
    Cook 5 minutes, stir and cook 5 more minutes. This is good served over rice.
    Garnish with lemon.
    Serves 2.
