Old-Fashioned Cooked Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 round Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 heaping tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. cider
vinegar, mixed with 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; mix.
Set aside.
Put eggs, butter and milk in top of double boiler.
Stir with wire whisk.
Stir while cooking.
When hot, add dry ingredients.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add vinegar and water.
Cook until thickens.
Toss with desired amount of cooked potatoes, chopped celery, onion and hard-cooked eggs.
