Crispy Baked Parsnips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium parsnips, peeled and cut into 2 1/2-inch sticks
2 Tbsp. skim milk
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
Preparation

Steam or cook the parsnip sticks in small amount of boiling water until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
Cool slightly. Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
