Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, unbeaten
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Mix first 7 ingredients.
Fold in carrots and nuts.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
