Tater Chip Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed fine (any flavor)
    2 eggs, mixed well
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cut chicken in strips; dip in egg, then roll in potato chips.
    Have an oven pan ready, with the butter melted.
    After you roll the chicken in the chips, lay it in the pan.
    Put in oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    You can also use pork chops or tenderloin.
