Roasted Red Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 basket red peppers
    1/2 c. oil
    1 fresh garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Place peppers on gas grill and cover.
    Cool until slightly blackened.
    Take off and peel skin.
    Put peppers in pan; add garlic and oil.
    Mix well.
    Put in jar and freeze.
    Great between two slices of Italian bread, hamburgers, steak, chicken or pork chops.
