Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cheese (Parmesan)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Melt butter in pan.
Peel and quarter potatoes.
Mix dry ingredients, then coat potatoes and put in buttered pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
