Spinach With Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spinach
    1 tsp. fresh Rosemary, cut
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash spinach; chop and place in heavy pot.
    Add rosemary, parsley, onion and butter; cover well.
    Simmer in own juice until tender.
    Remove cover.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Serve very hot.
