Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon rind
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour, butter and 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
    Cut with a pastry cutter until mixture resembles course meal.
    Press mixture evenly into a 9-inch square baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Combine eggs, 1 cup sugar, lemon rind, and juice in bowl and beat well.
    Combine 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture, beating well.
    Pour mixture over baked crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly brown and set.
    Sprinkle lightly with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
    Let cool and cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
