Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 lb. or so Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. diced ham
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Cool, peel and mash with a potato masher.
    In large bowl, combine eggs, salt, pepper, parsley and ham.
    Add mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly.
    Spread 1/2 of mixture in a greased baking dish.
    Cover with cheese.
    Layer remaining potato mixture on cheese.
    Dot with pats of butter; brush with milk. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until lightly browned on top.
