Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 envelopes MBT chicken bouillon
    2 c. boiling water
    flour (enough to thicken sauce)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter until tender.
    Dissolve chicken broth in water and add to mushrooms; thicken sauce with flour. Simmer 1/2 hour, more or less.
    Immediately before serving, stir in sour cream and barely heat through.
    Serve over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese.
    Serves 4.
