Dijonnaise Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 pork chops
    2 tsp. Dijonnaise mustard
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Spread mustard on pork chops. Press pork chops into bread crumb mixture.
    Broil on rack 5 to 6 minutes.
