Sweet And Sour Pork Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium carrots, bias-sliced into 1-inch pieces
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple (reserve juice)
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    12 oz. lean boneless pork, cubed
    1 each green and red pepper, cut in squares
Preparation
    Boil carrots for 8 minutes.
    Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Cut pineapple into quarters.
