Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
8 corn tortillas
Preparation

Combine soup and enchilada sauce.
Dip tortillas in hot oil to soften, a few seconds on each side.
Top each tortilla with 1 heaping tablespoonful of chicken, 1 spoon of cheese and 1 spoon of soup mixture; roll up.
Place seam side down in large baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over and top with remaining sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 (preheated oven) for 25 to 30 minutes.
For added spice, cook chicken, using spicy taco mix and water before adding to tortillas.
