Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    5 or 6 apples (Rome is very good), sliced and peeled
    double pie shell, uncooked
Preparation
    Toss first 4 ingredients together and then fold in sliced, peeled apples.
    Place in a pie shell and dot with 6 small dots of butter.
    Put on top crust.
    Place slits in top and sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
