Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless sirloin steak or chicken breast
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chicken broth
    dash of ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. Rhine wine
    mixture of sliced vegetables*
Preparation
    *Carrots, onions, green pepper, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli and Chinese peas.
