Ravioli Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 (15 1/2 oz. each) cans beef ravioli
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and milk.
    Place 1/3 of meat mixture in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Spread 1 can of ravioli on the meat.
    Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with meat mixture. Pat down firmly to form a loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain off any fat.
    Loaf should stand 5 minutes before serving.
