Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf sandwich bread
    1 lb. bulk sausage, browned or ham slices
    sliced cheese
    7 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt
    3 c. crushed cereal or Grape-Nuts
    1 stick margarine, melted
    onion and green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Grease deep 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer bread, meat, cheese, bread, meat and cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt. Pour over layers; cover.
    Let set for at least 8 hours or overnight.
