Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking soda, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
    Add eggs, oil, buttermilk and cereal.
    Mix until cereal is all mixed in.
    Bake in greased tins or place paper in muffin tins. Remaining dough can be kept in refrigerator up to 6 weeks in airtight container.
    Do not stir batter after it has been mixed initially.
    Just spoon out what's needed.
