Potato Cakes(Old English British Treat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover mashed potatoes, same day of day after
    flour
Preparation
    Mix potatoes with flour until a doughy consistency.
    Roll out 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut into squares.
    Bake on aluminum foil, greased and flour at 450\u00b0 until golden brown on bottom.
    Flip and bake until golden brown to your liking.
    Crispy or doughy.
    Serve hot with butter.
