Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 1/2 c. grits
    5 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook quick grits in 5 cups boiling water with salt.
    Brown sausage; drain fat.
    Add grated cheese, sausage, 3 beaten eggs, milk and margarine.
    Pour into a 3-quart casserole dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
