Buttercream Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 pkg. Cool Whip (small or large)
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, including juice, with pudding.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Fold in thawed Cool Whip.
    Delicious on angel food cake and handy because all the needed ingredients can be stored in the freezer and one the shelf.
    Leftovers can be frozen.
