Lime Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    3 c. pineapple juice (use drained juice and add enough water to make 3 c.)
Preparation
    Cream together cheese, Jell-O and mayonnaise, making a paste. Heat pineapple juice (do not boil); add to paste and dissolve good.
    Refrigerate until partially thickened, then add pineapple, nuts and celery.
    Chill.
    Use a 3-quart rectangular dish.
