Skillet New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. fresh new potatoes, unpeeled
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Thinly slice the potatoes.
    Chop onions.
    Melt margarine in skillet, then add mixture of potatoes and onions several layers deep and cover.
    They can be turned occasionally and slightly browned but basically are cooled by steam.
