Spinach Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. Brick cheese, diced
1 lb. cottage cheese
6 eggs or egg substitute, beaten
Preparation

Thaw spinach; drain well.
Melt butter.
Sift flour and baking powder into butter.
Stir well.
Add spinach and diced Brick cheese.
Stir in cottage cheese.
Beat eggs well and stir into spinach mixture.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
