Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can water
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 medium size onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
about 2 to 2 1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Mix until smooth.
When both of the above are done, stir 1/8 teaspoon soda in the tomato soup mixture and after it has foamed up and settled, pour the medium white sauce into the tomato soup and serve.
Do not boil anymore.
Serve with hot cornbread!
