Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add 1 cup water and 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) and cook until thick.
Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons butter.
Mix well.
Add 3 cups uncooked blueberries and mix well.
Pour into a baked and cooled pie crust. Chill and keep in refrigerator.
